Experience terms
AfterSurf Guide connects you with companies that run experiences in Tenerife. These terms explain how that relationship works. They do not replace each organising company's own terms, which govern the activity.

The role of AfterSurf Guide
AfterSurf Guide curates and presents the experiences and connects you with the company that runs them. It is not a travel agency, a tour operator or a booking platform, and it does not organise, carry out or insure any activity.
The role of the organising company
Each experience is organised, carried out and insured by an independent company ("the organising company"). It is solely responsible for the activity and its safety, for holding the necessary insurance, for compliance with applicable regulations and for setting and confirming the price and conditions.
How to book
You write on WhatsApp stating the experience, the number of people and your preferred date. That date is a preference: the booking is not confirmed until the organising company checks availability and confirms it with you directly.
Price and payment
Published prices are minimum prices per person (except Kayak Costa Sur, where the minimum is per kayak). Discounts may apply for large groups or multi-day bookings; the final price is confirmed by the organising company. Payment is agreed and made directly between you and the organising company, usually on the same day. AfterSurf Guide does not charge or process payments; it receives a commission from the organising company, at no cost or surcharge to you.
Changes and cancellations
Change, cancellation and refund conditions are set by each organising company. Check them with the company before confirming. If sea or weather conditions do not allow the activity to be carried out safely, the organising company decides on the spot and works with you to find an alternative or a new date.
Participant requirements and responsibility
Follow the instructions of the organising company and its guides at all times. Before the activity, disclose any health condition, injury or relevant circumstance. The organising company may set requirements as to age, level or physical condition.
Complaints
Any issue relating to the activity should be addressed to the organising company, which is responsible for it. You may also raise it with us at info@aftersurfguide.com and we will help channel it, but resolution rests with the organising company.
Events
The "What's on" section compiles events from public and official sources, not organised by AfterSurf Guide. The information may change; always confirm with the original source.
Applicable law
Spanish law. If you act as a consumer, you retain all the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
