Miguel came to Tenerife to surf. Noemi had spent years answering the question everyone in the group asked: “Where should we go now?” AfterSurf Guide began when we decided to gather all those answers in one place.
It started with a question we heard all the time after surfing: “What should we do now?” The answer usually led to a friend, a cove or a table we loved. We decided to bring it all together in one place.
The experiences in the guide are run by people we know. We know how they work, what matters to them and how they welcome someone who has just arrived.
We are not an agency, and we are not trying to fill the site for the sake of it. If we would not do something ourselves or recommend it to a friend, it does not make the guide. It grows slowly because we want to keep knowing personally what we share.
What matters to us
Groups small enough to know your name
We like experiences where the guide can get to know you, adapt the pace and share the day with you. If the group is too large for that, it is not right for this guide.
You pay the people running it
You pay the team running the experience directly. We receive a commission when a booking comes through the guide, at no extra cost to you.
Looking after the place is part of the plan
We choose people who know the island and understand that working here also means caring for its coast, trails and the places we share.

After arriving in Tenerife in 2023, he kept hearing the same question at the end of a lesson: “What can we do now?” He knew people creating brilliant plans around the island, but there was nowhere to find them together. That is when AfterSurf Guide began to take shape.
Noemi Rossi
Co-founderFor years, Noemi has been the person in the group who knows where to go: the quiet cove, the trail worth walking or the place to eat without checking reviews first. AfterSurf Guide also grew out of all the places she had been saving and sharing with friends.
