Jean cooks Nikkei sushi: Japanese technique with Latin flavour. He sets up a full station on private terraces — or wherever makes sense, even at your place. Rice, fish, fillings, sauces, tools, everything arrives with him.
The workshop is relaxed and hands-on. You learn how to prepare the rice, cut, roll and plate, and everyone makes their own rolls the way they like them. Then comes the best part: sitting down together and eating what you made.
It works well as a private dinner, a birthday plan or a shared evening with friends. It has no website and no TripAdvisor reviews. It is here because we know him, we have tried it and we would happily do it again.

Does the price change depending on the format?
Yes — the base workshop price is a starting point. Private dinner, group dinner or catering are quoted based on group size and setup.
Is this something we can bring kids to?
Yes, from age 10 — younger than that, handling the knives and keeping up with the workshop's pace gets tricky. Tell us the ages on WhatsApp and Jean will confirm.
