Mirador de Ayosa

At nearly two thousand metres on the TF-24 near km28, the Canarian pine forest suddenly opens up. Below, the Valle de La Orotava and the Barranco de la Madre; Teide rises above the Tigaiga massif, and on clear days La Palma appears on the horizon. A roadside stop — park and walk two steps — but the view is the equal of anything you'd earn with a hike.
