Playa de Las Gaviotas

Black volcanic sand at the foot of the Anaga cliffs, about 13 km from Santa Cruz. No chiringuito, no lifeguard — just waves and, in summer, the surfers and bodyboarders who already know it. Reached via the TF-121 from San Andrés, with a small car park at the entrance. One of those beaches that never makes it into the brochures.
