Playa La Tejita

A fast, barrelling left that breaks at the eastern end of the beach, at the foot of Montaña Roja. When the sand is well set up and a south swell comes in, it's one of the most powerful waves in the south of the island; the rest of the time it rarely works. That's usually in spring and summer. Sandy bottom, intermediate to advanced level. Locals are always out when there are waves.
